**THE POSITION**
- Assist the chef in food production and preparation
- Must be able to work as part of a team
- Help maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen
- Use a commercial dishwasher
- Support with kitchen duties during peak hours
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience this includes assisting with the serving of meals during the shift you are rostered on
- Assist with deliveries including pack away ensuring correct stock rotation processes are followed
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience

**THE PERSON**
- A passion for food and delivering exceptional customer service
- Must be available especially across the snow season
- Strong communication skills and professional personal presentation
- Excellent communication skills and confident in working independently
- Previous experience in kitchen support or customer service preferred
- Strong work ethic
