**About the Role**
As an HR Adviser, you will oversee HR administration, employee relations, recruitment, training, and compliance, while working to foster a positive, engaging, and efficient workplace culture.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage onboarding, new-hire orientations, and exit processes for smooth employee transitions.
- Maintain and update employee records, handbooks, and organizational charts.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs, ensuring skill growth and career advancement.
- Propose and implement new HR procedures to enhance employee experience and departmental efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local and national regulations, updating policies as necessary.
- Monitor and promote employee health, safety, and satisfaction within the workplace.
- Administer performance management processes and support employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, resume reviews, and interviews.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HR functions, employee relations, and skills development practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and cultural awareness.
- Aptitude for problem-solving with a thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and a willingness to adapt to new technologies.
- Knowledge of national employment laws and regulations.
- High attention to detail and a resourceful, solution-focused mindset.
