We are currently looking for a Qualified Educator to join our team.

WelloKids is a privately-owned, community orientated centre and has 2 centres located in Wellington Point 4160.

Our centre provides a stimulating, nurturing and safe environment for children aged 6 weeks to Kindergarten. We strive to provide a warm and loving atmosphere along with the highest level of quality education and long day care service.

Applicants will meet the following criteria to be considered for the position.
- Is an Australian citizen or resident
- Holds a Diploma in Children’s Services or equivalent (or willing to study).
- Has a valid blue card. Current First Aid (inclusive of Asthma & Anaphylaxis emergency management) and CPR, or willing to acquire these within one month of commencement
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Educator role and is proficient.
- Is able to work 5 - 8 hour shifts on a rotating roster between 6.30am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday.
- Has a working knowledge of the NQF, QKLG, EYLF and current industry best practices.
- Is computer literate, particularly in word processing with the ability to learn new programming software quickly and competently.
- Has leadership qualities, be able to motivate and inspire staff, and exercise good interpersonal skills at all levels.
- Understands their obligations as a mandatory reporter.
- Have the skills to create a friendly, caring, stimulating and active learning environment.
- Have a genuine interest in promoting children's learning and well-being.

This role requires a confident, professional, and motivated Educator with the ability to work within a team environment and have a strong work ethic and initiative.
