**DISTRICT MANAGER**

- Attractive annual salary $122,491 - $134,981 p.a. plus 11% superannuation
- Location: Moruya and Bega, Far South Coast District

You will be responsible for providing operational direction and leadership including:

- Building strong local relationships and providing a high level of customer service & operational service delivery to the community
- Leading teams collaboratively to ensure a whole team approach
- Leading all aspects of operational service delivery within a Rural Fire District while contributing and aligning to future contemporary organisational direction.

The role is NSW RFS Level 10/11, with a remuneration package up to** **$149,828**.** Package includes salary ($122,491 - $134,981 pa), employers contribution to superannuation and annualised leave loading. Commensurate with skills and experience. In addition to annual salary, this role also attracts an annual conditions allowance of up to 15%.
