Owner Shay, faced this head on during her schooling years, before later finding out she was Neurodivergent.

Now, almost 2 years later, we service a multitude of areas in regional Victoria, with a focus on Neurodivergent participants. Almost 80% of our client base are children

**The Job**
We are looking to bring on board an amazing Therapy Assistant to work with our families, specifically paediatric participants under the age of 16. The role will be a mix of mobile/home visits/school visits/and WFH. Days & hours are completely flexible and designed to work with you. The role will include working in a multidisciplinary team with young people at the heart of our care, and working to implement comprehensive care plans and strategies. You will receive supervision from an experienced Speech Pathologist to implement therapy plans.

**About You**:

- Currently studying Bachelor or above in Speech Pathology OR Currently studying/completed Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Childrens Check
- Preferably 1+ year of experience working with children
- Preferably experience working with Neurodivergence, and ability to provide a neuroaffirming and trauma informed approach.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $43.08 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
