**Trades Assistant for Building Work - Bathurst (NO Experience)**

No experience? No problem. If you’re reliable, motivated, and not afraid of a bit of hard work, we want to hear from you.

We’re looking for 1-2 hands on, reliable people to join our team in Bathurst, helping build portable site offices and lunchrooms at our construction yard.

You’ll be working outdoors alongside an easygoing tradesman, on construction, assembly, and fitout tasks, gaining real experience in the building industry. This is a great entry level opportunity for someone looking to get into construction or trade work.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Use hand and power tools and helping with construction
- Learn fit-out and assembly work
- Build confidence to work more independently over time
- Work under cover, outdoors in all weather
- Learn on the job and build confidence to work independently

**What we’re looking for**:

- A strong work ethic and a great attitude
- Someone who takes initiative and gets stuck in
- No trade qualification needed - just be hands-on and willing to learn
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions
- Local to Bathurst or happy to commute

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

- Bathurst NSW 2795: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
