We are currently working with one of Australia’s largest dynamic delivery providers, who deliver chilled, frozen and ambient product to households, retail stores and warehouses Australia-wide.
This role is DC based, and the successful person will be cross-trained in other departments and will be very hands on despite it being a desk job. This is not your typical support role - it will be roughly 60% desk-based and 40% DC / hands-on.
**Key Responsibilities / Skills**
- Daily investigation and resolution of Client support tickets via Zendesk
- Curious & driven nature to uncover error root cause to resolve and to escalate for long term resolution
- Active resolution of inquiries in the DC and/or with drivers/contractors
- Active cooperation between Logistics Supervisors, DC dispatch/sorting and other parts of the business
- Close coordination and monitoring of drivers and delivery runs ensuring delays and issues are caught early and resolved swiftly & independently
- Daily support of drivers with delivery issues - making decisions on the fly of how to resolve delivery problems to ensure smooth deliveries and mínimal impact to remainder of the run.
- Must have a strong personality
- Ability to liaise with key stakeholders, and get along and communicate with a diverse range of personalities and cultural differences.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet agreed deadlines.
- Able to pick up new concepts quickly.
- The ability to come up with creative solutions to get around any problem.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Energy, enthusiasm and positive attitude with a desire to progress.
- Self-motivated and uses initiative for process improvements.
**Salary**: $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
