**Key Areas of responsibility**:
- Optimise our Own Brand representation in the system, ensuring that it is aligned to market leading brands.
- Work with Merchandise teams to optimise overall category presentation on various platforms (Cat, B2B, B2C).
- Conduct research into vehicles (mining, industrial and agricultural) to create catalogue gaps and listings.
- Utilise VPA or other reporting to gain insight into catalogue opportunities, manage through to implementations.
- Provide accurate and efficient advice to the branch network and customers.
- Review supplier data metrics and put corrective plans in place with the vendor.
- Communicate with suppliers as required to ensure accurate system data.
- Support vendors who are not providing data through PARtsDB.
- Keep up to date with changes and technology and catalogue data structures within the automotive / industrial industry.
- Produce regular reporting and information on market changes with regards to new vehicles and market segments both locally and overseas.
**Role Requirements**:
- An understanding of vehicle mechanics and automotive part structures essential
- Previous digital catalogue experience in a fast paced, high volume consumer and/or trade business
- Knowledge of user experience in part/product selection
- Supplier Management (desirable)
- Tertiary - University or Trade Qualification (desirable)
- Data analysis, reporting and problem solving
- Intermediate MS Office
- You are analytical and organised with high levels of attention to detail
- You are self-motivated and passionate about having accurate catalogue records
- Attend the office at least on an average of 5 days per fortnight
