Our Drilling and Completion Fluids business provides intelligent, connected technologies to support, monitor and control drilling processes. As a Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for:

- Being under general supervision conduct routine laboratory tests, including the necessary checks and operations of equipment required in the laboratory.
- Working and reviewing for accuracy and overall adequacy.
- Providing records of such equipment and others to the customer representative at the customer site.
- Carrying out all required action safely and as described in the standard operations manual.
- Performing other related duties and handles special projects, as assigned.
- Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, legal compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.

**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will:

- Have High School or Diploma in Chemical field or equivalent.
- Have at least 1 - 5 years' experience in direct experience in Drilling Fluids Laboratory within oil and gas industry.
- Be a good team player and display good communication skills in English.
- Be able to demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Show basic to intermediate analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Be able to travel domestically and internationally to customer sites or offices/facilities.
