Property Operations Technician

The Star Gold Coast is currently hiring a Property Operations Electrical Technician to join our Property Operations team.
As the Property Operations Electrician you will support the Property Operations team with overseeing the function of all electrical operations during the shift. You will complete field inspections; troubleshoot in the event of building problems and make recommendation to the Property Operations Leadership team to maximize revenue and minimize cost.

**What are we looking for?**
- A current Queensland Electrical Licence
- Sound reporting skills - technical based
- Ability to work rotating shifts across a 24/7 roster
- Ability to competently use appropriate hand and power tools
- Demonstrated working knowledge and experience in fault diagnostics
- Experience with PLC control systems and UPS systems
- Provides a friendly, helpful, and responsive service to internal and external customers
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- QBCC mechanical license is advantageous but not mandatory
