3PC are container management specialists with over 1,000 employees in Australia. We specialise in loading and unloading containers in and around the Greater Sydney Region for a variety of well-known customers.

We have work RIGHT NOW for the **RIGHT PEOPLE** at major distribution facilities in Western Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity with **FULL-TIME** hours as well as the flexibility to work days and times that suit **YOUR** schedule, either day or afternoon.

Ongoing work - Monday to Friday with the opportunity to work on the weekends

**EARNINGS**

Our minimum rate is $31.09 per hour however, it’s based on a Piece Award Rate. The length of time it takes to unload, the products you unload, whether they're difficult, mixed and/or heavy are the couple of factors that determine how much you earn per day.

On average, employees can make between $32 - $35 an hour with the potential to earn more. You are certain to make over $1000.00+ a week if you work 5 days.

**YOUR ROLE WITH US**:

- Manual handling, to be able to lift 10-25kgs receptively
- Loading and Unloading containers
- A great attitude to work hard
- Reliability and punctuality
- Current driver’s license and a vehicle to commute to and from sites
- Ability to obtain, hold and maintain a forklift license, both gas and electric counterbalance.

**Salary**: $31.09 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Manual handling: 1 year (preferred)
- Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
- Forklift Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
