After an incredibly successful 2024, The Gallery - Gosford's newest and most dynamic Conference and Events Centre - is gearing up for an even bigger and better 2025. **Description**:
**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Put your organisational skills to work - planning, coordinating and executing a wide range of events - from corporate conferences, gala dinners, weddings, exhibitions to social gathering and everything in between.
- Work with budgets, timelines, and resources like a pro to ensure flawless event delivery.
- Be the go-to partner for our clients, understanding their vision and turning their ideas into unforgettable events.
- Embrace challenges as opportunities for creative solutions - we see every obstacle as a chance to shine
- Stay organised - ensuring our event database is kept up to date with client details and relevant costs.
- Stay on top of trends Attend conferences and trade shows to gather fresh ideas and build relationships that lead to exciting new business opportunities.
- Move fast - the event world is a high-speed track, and we pride ourselves on responding quickly and professionally to client needs.

**Skills and Experiences**:
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in event sales, planning and coordination, preferably within a venue or hospitality environment.
- Understanding of venue operations, catering processes and AV requirements.
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card or be willing to obtain
- Flexibility with your availability will be required to work some evenings, weekend and Public Holidays as the event schedules require.
