**About the Role**

**Choice is looking for a Domestic Cleaner in Clayton (VIC) and surrounding suburbs**with expertise in case management, social work, and outreach. You will play an important role for many participants who may be excluded from mainstream healthcare, social support, and opportunities, negatively impacting their functioning and independence in the community.
