Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller who is located off-site & to the on-site General Manager, the position is a hands-on role and will be responsible for:
- Daily Income Reconciliation
- Accounts Payable and weekly Payroll
- General accounting duties
The applicant needs to be able to work autonomously and within a small team environment.
**Essential Criteria**:
- Tertiary or Diploma qualified
- Excellent organisational & time management skills
- Ability to take initiative
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Well-developed administration & computer skills (especially Excel)
- Own transport would be recommended
**Desirables**
- Experience in a Hotel/Resort environment
- Well-developed administration & computer skills (especially Excel)
- RedCat, Wage Easy & Protel software experience would be highly regarded
This is a part time 32 hour per week position providing a stable and flexible work/life balance and offering a generous salary commensurate with experience (between $80k - $90k pro-rata).
This is a hands on role in the office and can't be done remotely.
