We are on a mission to find an exceptional
**Part Time Retail Assistants** to join our dynamic team at Black Pepper Floreat. You will be supported by this great team working an average of
**18-22 hours per fortnight.**

**Key duties and responsibilities**:

- Work as part of team to create a genuine shopping experience for every customer
- Actively and passionately sell on the shop floor and contribute to the stores sales and KPI targets
- Ensure store presentation is immaculate through adhering to our visual merchandising standards
- Ensure product knowledge of apparel and accessories
- Assist in managing and replenishing stock and contribute to a well organised stock room
- Assist your Store Manager with various administration and store maintenance duties including cleaning as required
- Contribute to a well organised stock room and use ladders to retrieve stock from a height (comfortability doing so is a must)
- Always maintain a positive CAN-DO attitude and embrace the Black Pepper culture
