Optical Assistant

**About the role**:
Due to our continued growth, we are currently seeking a highly flexible Casual Optical Assistant to join our team at the Pakenham Specsavers store.

You’ll be involved in all aspects of our customers journey, which will include booking of appointments, greeting customers, using high-tech pre-testing equipment and dispensing from our range of fashion forward, excellent quality frames. You’ll work to healthcare guidelines and provide a great customer experience at every opportunity and be part of a warm and friendly team.

Full training will be provided.

This is an amazing opportunity for a confident, hardworking individual that has the following skills and attributes:

- Highly flexible and available to work across Monday to Sunday
- Able to build rapport & adopts good interpersonal skills when dealing with customers
- Strong computer literacy and basic math skills
- Good standard of personal presentation
- Initiative, punctuality and reliability
- Able to work cohesively and productively within a team
- Prior Optical experience beneficial but not required
- Prior Retail experience beneficial but not required
