Recruitment Advisor

GR Engineering Services Limited (GRES) is an ASX listed (GNG) engineering consulting and contracting organisation providing high quality process engineering design and construction services to the resources and mineral processing industry. We currently have multiple projects on the go and our projection for growth means we are actively looking for talent across all areas of our business._

**The Opportunity**

We are on the lookout for an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join our Head Office team located in Ascot, WA to work cross a number of exciting projects across Australia. Reporting to the Manager HR, you will coordinate white collar recruitment for our Perth and Brisbane office, expanding our employer brand and ensuring we are building talent pools through innovative and strategic recruitment planning.

**Your typical day will consist of**:

- Managing end to end recruitment process with administration support from the team
- Database and talent pooling management
- Advising managers on market conditions and insights

**What we are looking for**:

- At least 3 years’ experience in a white collar recruitment role preferably within a engineering consultancy environment or from an external agency that services EPCM/EPC clients
- Experience in proactive sourcing and talent attraction
- A keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills
- Experience in using Talent Acquisition software
- Experience in using social media platforms (Facebook/LinkedIN Recruiter)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multi stakeholders and balancing competing priorities
