**THE OPPORTUNITY**
Kilcoy Global Foods are seeking a current employee with a great attitude and attendance rate to join the training team
The tutor role requires a **proactive**, **organized** and **passionate** team member to:

- Deliver appropriate training and assessments according to KGF work instructions
- Deliver site floor inductions for new or transferring employees
- Manage administration associated with the tutoring role, including Kronos administration
- Ensure compliance with KGF work instructions, policies and procedures
- Assist in developing new work instructions and amending existing work instructions
- Spending time with new and existing employees, including regular checks on our new employees
- Maintaining up to date training records at all times

**About you**:

- Great attitude and attendance
- Strong knowledge and leadership of Workplace Health and Safety requirements, HACCP and QA procedures
- Solutions focused and have the ability to follow through
- A collaborative and inclusive approach to communication with all stakeholders
- Attention to detail, initiative and time management skills
- Confident with computers and an ability to use Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel)
- Training experience in a similar environment would be beneficial
