Located at Dee Why beach, we are a busy French Bakery & Espresso Bar serving Specialty coffee, traditional French pastries, baguettes & other French imported goodies.

We are seeking an experienced **Café All-Rounder** to join our growing team. French Basket is dedicated to maintaining high level of product quality & service in a fast paced environment.

**Essential requirements of All Rounder are**:

- Must have at least **1 year of experience** working in a Café - serving food and drinks (Barista experience is a plus)
- Passionate about hospitality & ability to drive sales through great customer service
- Ability to work in a busy environment independently & as part of a team
- Hard working, enthusiastic & ability to work under pressure
- Availability on Weekdays & Weekends (5:30am - 2:30pm)
- Ability to get to work for early morning shifts (some 5:30am starts)
- Excellent spoken English (French is a Plus)
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Preparing and serving food and drinks
- Clearing up used dishes and cutlery from tables and wiping them down
- Taking dirty plates and cutlery to the kitchen for washing
- Sweep and clean floors as necessary
- Cleaning and maintaining service area to food safety standards
- Stock monitoring and refilling drink fridges and food displays
- Ability to adapt and follow instructions
- 20-38 Hours per week
- **Immediate start**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 10-25 per week
