- possess appropriate qualifications, skills and abilities to provide students with a rich and rewarding educational experience
- differentiate learning suitable for a range of student needs and abilities
- demonstrate an ability to develop positive relationships with students, parents and staff
- hold a current Victorian Institute of Teaching Registration.

4. Current curriculum vitae that includes three nominated referees

5. Current VIT
