**Barista/ All Rounder responsibilities and duties**:

- Make and serve specialty coffee and tea beverages.
- Good communication skills.
- Speak and interact with both new and regular customers.
- Promote Piccolo Me Loyalty and App programs.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment.
- Follow health and safety guidelines.
- Adhere to recipe and presentation standards for food and beverage items -- able to produce coffees with latte art.
- Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance.
- Contribute to a positive team environment.
- Barista qualifications and skills.
- POS, Running food, dining areas maintained.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**
- Right attitude - high energy levels, hardworking, reliable, honest, passionate, always welcoming and smiling to customers.
- Ability to work as part of a positive and close knit team as well as thrive independently
- Well presented, strong communication and time management skills
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience preferred
- Immaculate personal presentation
- Can speak English fluently and must be in Australia for at least 12 months
- Experienced and comfortable working busy shifts

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $29.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
