At **PYCSAM Health & Fitness**, we run **over 70+ group fitness classes per week** across a wide variety of programs and formats. We’re currently looking for **motivated and inspiring instructors/ Coaches** to join our group fitness team.

We’re particularly seeking instructors with **mid-morning and evening availability**, but we welcome expressions of interest from anyone who is passionate about group fitness and keen to get involved.

**About the Role**

As a group fitness instructor, you’ll empower our members to make positive lifestyle changes through movement. You’ll create a fun, inclusive and supportive environment where everyone feels welcome and motivated.

You'll be confident in delivering high-energy sessions while providing excellent customer service and building genuine rapport with members of all backgrounds and fitness levels.

**What We’re Looking For**

**Required**:

- Certificate III or IV in Fitness or Group Exercise Leader (GEL) qualification
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Working with Vulnerable People Check

**Highly Regarded**:

- Les Mills certifications
- Boxing qualifications
- Strength & Conditioning Coach accreditation
- Pilates, yoga, or tai chi certification
- Dance or performance background

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 3 per week
