Rokon is one of Victoria's prominent Civil Construction contractors. We are currently experiencing significant growth and have a healthy pipeline of projects on the horizon. Due to this, we currently have an exciting opportunity available for multiple Dozer Operators to join our teams in the Western and Northernsuburbs of Melbourne.

As we grow, we have expanded our plant, bringing on 14 new machines in the last 6 months.

**About the opportunity**
We currently have opportunities available across various sites. Reporting to the Site Supervisor, your key duties include, but are not limited to:

- Prepare and position plant for operation
- Load and unload equipment as required
- move earth, rock or rubble to the correct level and alignment using GPS equipment
- Monitor operation of plant and adjust accordingly
- Work from drawings and markers for essential services (i.e. electrical, gas etc.), as directed by Supervisors and Engineers
- Follow and ensure safe operating procedures at all times

**About you**
To be considered, you need to demonstrate the following:

- At least 2 years land development and subdivision experience operating Dozers
- GPS, Topcon or Trimble experience is a must as you will be operating front line machines
- All appropriate tickets and appropriate licenses
