**Your New Role Looks Like This**:
This is an outstanding role for anyone looking to develop into the financial advisers of the future. Associate Adviser will support new business growth opportunities end to end, from generating referral opportunities to supporting the Statement of Advice presentation. Associate Advisers will be aligned to Senior Financial Advisers with 15+ years’ experience working with clients in all phases of life and financial complexity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support aligned advisers to achieve applicable revenue growth targets. Specific responsibilities include business development, attending client appointments and record keeping, facilitating high-quality investment, insurance, and strategic financial advice
- Release capacity so aligned advisers can drive business growth
- Facilitate the advice process by working with internal / external teams (product providers, Paraplanning team, Customer Service team)
- Maintain up-to-date client information in Xplan to ensure data integrity of advice documents, compliance, and reporting
- Create positive client experience via required client interactions.
- Support a client centric culture through sustained actions and commitment.
**About You**:
- 3 year minimum of paraplanning and/or advisory experience
- Completion of financial planning study ADFS or equivalent (RG146 Mandatory)
- Detailed understanding of the advice process and compliance framework
- High level expertise with Xplan software (including financial modelling) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Detailed understanding of investment, superannuation, Centrelink, protection, estate planning strategies
- Ability to develop networking and prospecting skills, to support growth targets
- Ability to engage confidently with clients as required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritise work flow to best achieve business and client outcomes
