**The role**:
As a Pre-contracts Administrator, you will support the Estimating team, assisting in the preparation, structure and development of tender review presentations and bid submissions.
**Your impact**:
You will be highly organised and thrive in a busy environment, developing relationships with various stakeholders to ensure high-quality and timely tender submissions are produced.
**Your every day**:
- Oversee the submission element of a tender in accordance with the organisation’s submission manual
- Ensure the submission document is structure to address all key questions and evaluation criteria as outlined in the RFT
- Facilitate submission review processes, review all documents, document packaging and submission
- Prepare high-quality graphics for incorporation into the submission document
- Ensure standard company submission templates are continuously improved to provide a uniform theme and maintain a high-quality standard
- Attend and minute estimating meetings as required
- General administrative support for the Estimating team and coordinate travel arrangements or site/client meetings as required
Who are you?
- More than 12 months experience in an administrative support role
- Interest in working in the construction industry
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and computer literacy
- Exposure to Adobe or InDesign preferred but not essential
- Professional written and verbal communication skills, taking pride in producing documents that are grammatically correct
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise important tasks
- Capability to handle confidential information and exercise discretion
- Good sense of humour and enjoy working in a busy and sociable team
- Ability to travel to and work from Spotswood, VIC
