The Role*
The role of the Gaming Analyst is to provide accurate and efficient reporting, ensuring legal compliance and monitoring and developing staff. The Gaming Analyst is also responsible for assisting with the daily reconciliation of gaming figures.

Assisting in the supervision, development and leadership of all Gaming staff
- Ensuring all staff adhere to and implement the clubs risk management procedures associated to cash security
- Ensuring all Clearance operations are actively updated, monitored and reviewed to ensure continual implementation by all gaming staff
- Collating data to ensure compliance with all treasury requirements
- Preparing and lodging of accurate returns, completion of schedules relating to taxation, ensuring all poker machines are licensed and approved as specified under the NSW Gaming Act, and accuracy in meter readings
- Ensuring efficient and effective data entry management of all gaming related data into the clubs specified gaming management system
- Ensuring all cash variances and discrepancies are reported, investigated and managed
- Providing accurate and timely reports based on statistical gaming related information
- Ensuring all gaming machines, jackpots, and other subsidiary equipment are operational on daily basis
- Liaising with internal and external parties to rectify any identified issues
- Complying with all relevant legislation to Clubs including RSA, RCG and organisational procedures.

To be successful, you will have:

- Previous experience in a Gaming role.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with data.
- A self-starter and team player.
- A good communicator with effective stakeholder management & conflict resolution skills.
