Fresh Sheets, a leading Airbnb turnover service in Melbourne, is on the hunt for detail-oriented, reliable, and dedicated Housekeepers/Cleaners to join our growing team. Our mission is to revolutionize the short-term rental market by providing the best guest experience possible, and we need individuals who share this vision.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Cleaning and tidying Airbnb properties between guest stays.

Ensuring all rooms are cared for and inspected according to our high standards.

Restocking supplies and creating thoughtful touches for guests.

Making beds and ensuring linen is fresh and clean for every guest.

Reporting any damages or repairs needed.

**What We're Looking For**:
A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent guest service.

A valid driver's license.

Prior experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role is preferred but not necessary.

A Police check is preferred.

High attention to detail.

Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently.

Ability to handle physical workload and carry cleaning supplies.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Reliable and punctual with a professional demeanor.

Willingness to go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: $20.69 - $32.61 per hour
