We are seeking an experienced **Houseman** to join our Housekeeping team.

- Be responsible for offering a quality customer service experience by maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms, guest corridors and service areas
- Maintain a friendly and professional image for the Housekeeping Department and the entire hotel
- Anticipate guests' needs and ensure they have a complete guest experience
- Ensures that guest requests for additional linen or bathroom supplies are delivered promptly
- Assist with the delivery of amenities, linens, and other items to guest rooms.
- Ensures all supplies and cleaning equipment are in good working condition and stored in proper locations
- Return lost and found items to Housekeeping Office and completes required forms.
- Reports equipment failure, damage to room furnishings or missing items to HK Supervisor

**Ideally you will have**:

- A passion for the hospitality industry
- Professional presentation and grooming
- High levels of organisation and attention to detail
- A customer service focus
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- The ability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
- Previous experience in a housekeeping role is advantageous but not essential
