**Key Responsibilities**
- **Stock and Inventory Management**: Maintain optimal stock levels, manage supplier orders, and minimize waste to ensure product freshness and availability.
- **Customer Service Leadership**: Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.
- **Sales and Promotions**: Boost sales by implementing effective product displays, managing seasonal promotions, and identifying upselling opportunities.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, sales transactions, and store performance to support business operations.
- **Budgeting and Profitability**: Assist in budget planning and financial management to meet business objectives and maintain profitability.
- **Team Leadership**: Supervise, train, and develop a motivated team, ensuring excellent service and operational efficiency.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**: Ensure the store adheres to health and safety standards, including proper food handling and hygiene regulations.

**To Be Successful, You Will Have**:

- A **Diploma in Business, Retail Management, or a related field** (preferred).
- At least **1 year of experience in a retail management or supervisory role**, preferably in a fresh food or grocery environment.
- Strong **inventory management and sales skills** with an understanding of budget planning.
- Leadership abilities to **motivate and guide a high-performing team**.
- Excellent **communication and customer service skills**.
- Availability to work **flexible hours**, including weekends and public holidays.
