An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified and experienced** Shutdown Planner** to join our Engineering team. The primary purpose of the Shutdown Planner is to increase asset reliability through the utilisation the company’s computerised maintenance management system. This role will be engaged on a full time, two year maximum term basis. We are looking for a solution focussed person with exceptional communication skills to be able to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.

**Key duties of this role will include**:

- Shutdown Planning responsibility of the computer managed maintenance system
- Develop, audit and update maintenance routines, SWMS and procedures
- Develop and maintain shutdown work flow systems and packs
- Manage and deliver quantifiable reports on department productivity
- Produce reports on departmental work back logs
- Evaluate incoming work for validity and budget accountability
- Assess and deliver resource need for programmed and adhoc work
- Develop timelines and resource needs for shut down and capital expenditure projects
- Deliver work schedules and routines for senior staff to distribute and supervise amongst their teams

**To be considered for this role, you must have**:

- Relevant Trade or Tertiary qualifications.
- Knowledge of CMMS functionality, previous project or rebuild planning experience in heavy machinery and fast-paced environment.
- A current ‘C’ Class Drivers Licence
- Advanced Microsoft Office 365 including MS Project and Sharepoint
- Ability to quickly learn internal software programs used within the department.
