We are seeking a skilled Secretary to join our team

*Responsibilities*
- Answering and directing phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Organising and maintaining physical and electronic files and records.
- Typing, formatting, and editing documents.
- Assisting with data entry tasks.
- Managing office supplies and equipment.
- Providing clerical and administrative support to colleagues.
- Utilising computerised systems efficiently, including QuickBooks and Google Suite.

*Requirements*
- Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for financial record keeping is advantageous.
- Prior experience in clerical or administrative roles is preferred.
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
