Restaurant Reservations Agent

**The Meat & Wine Co** **Chadstone** restaurant is seeking **Hosts/Reservations Agents** to join the team - **Part time contract, Monday and weekend availability needed.**

**Day to day responsibilities**:

- Providing exceptional customer service by ensure all guest requests and requirements are communicated and completed.
- Greeting guests and assisting with guests orders and needs
- Processing payments and cash handling

**Do you have?**:

- Previous experience in guest services within a restaurant/hospitality environment
- Previous experience with a reservation system such as SevenRooms or Res Diary is an advantage
- A La Carte restaurant experience an advantage
- Cash handling experience
- Current RSA certificate
- Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster including nights and weekends

Part-time hours: 20-30 per week
