Position: Full-Time Mixologist & Bar Manager

Location: Hawthorn

Lieu Privé, Hawthorn’s most exciting new themed cocktail bar, is seeking a passionate and skilled Mixologist to lead our bar operations.

What We’re Looking For:

- Cocktail Expertise: Master the art of mixology, including crafting innovative drinks using techniques like liquid nitrogen and other modern tools.
- Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of bar staff, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service.
- Creativity: Develop a dynamic cocktail menu that aligns with our unique theme and delights our guests.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term, Subcontract

Pay: $25.89 - $50.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Tips

- Australia (preferred)
