Direct Care Australia are seeking a compassionate, understanding and committed MALE support worker to join their team.

You will have experience supporting people with disability support dependencies, particularly in Autism and Mental Health.

The role will see you on the front-line providing day support outside schooling hours (morning, afternoon-evening, weekends and school holidays).

Shifts will largely involve community access and participation in leisure activities to build the participants social connection.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $39.55 - $40.84 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Personal Support Work: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (required)
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card) (preferred)
- National Criminal History Check (preferred)
- NDIS Orientation Module certificate (preferred)
- First Aid Certification (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (required)
