**About the role**:
As a Personal Care Worker at Woodcroft, you will be following person-centred care practices and working in a team to provide a safe, supportive and enjoyable home environment for the residents you support. We focus on continuity of care, so you will be assigned to a particular living area to really get to know the residents and provide the best care possible.

**About you**:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
- National Police Certificate or willingness to obtain one before commencing employment.
- Flu and covid vaccinations - following SA Health guidelines, this is mandatory for all people working in Aged Care.
