**Roles & Responsibilities;**
- Can interpret, plan and weld to SP specific requirements (Mig)
- Work as a integral part of a TEAM
- Good communication skills, mentor and train apprentices when required
- A person who is solutions focused with sound problem solving skills
- Safety minded with a "duty of care" for others
- Strong work ethic and self-driven
- Able to think on your feet and plan ahead
- Good general housekeeping of work area and treat equipment as if it was your own

**Qualifications;**
- Have own reliable transport & drivers licence
- Be mechanically minded
- Hold a current Fork Lift licence would be preferred
- Good physical condition

**Salary**: $34.00 - $38.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

- Welding: 1 year (preferred)
