As our new Casual Pickleball Coach, you'll inspire players of all ages and skill levels, from first-timers to seasoned pros, to embrace the thrill of the game and reach their personal best. If you’ve got a knack for making learning fun and creating a supportive environment where everyone feels like a champ, we want to hear from you

**What we’re looking for**:

- A Pickleball enthusiast with either solid knowledge or a keen desire to learn the rules, techniques, and strategies of the game
- Someone who can turn every lesson into an exciting adventure and every practice into a celebration of progress
- A positive, engaging coach who’s ready to help players fall in love with Pickleball and discover their full potential
- Plan and conduct Pickleball lessons and coaching sessions for individuals and groups of all ages and skill levels
- Assess players' abilities and tailor coaching to their specific needs
- Teach proper Pickleball techniques, strategies, and rules
- Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and a love for the game
- Provide feedback and encouragement to players, helping them develop and improve
- Organise and manage Pickleball events
- Keep up to date with the latest developments and trends in Pickleball
- Maintain equipment and ensure a safe and clean playing environment

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for pickleball and the ability to share that passion with others
- Patience and a positive attitude
- Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and evenings
- Current CPR Certificate
- Working with Children''s - Employee
- Current Police Check
