**Qualified OSHC Educator**

**Part Time**

**29.5 hrs per week **Monday to Friday

**$25 to $31 per hour **(depending on qualification and experience)

**Kids Crew OSHC** is an inclusive and welcoming service in Nowra NSW. You will work in partnership with families and your new teammates. A small service with a maximum of 25 places, we offer before school care (7-9am), after school care (3-5.30pm) and vacation care (7am-5.30pm).

**What you’ll bring**
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early childhood Education
- Current Working with Children Check
- National police check
- LR licence (or willing to obtain to be able to drive service bus)
- You will have a bright personality and good energy
- Experience with 5-12-year old’s
- Good time-management skills
- Honesty, flexibility and be adaptable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work as part of big and small teams.

**What you’ll do**
- You will be able to recognise and develop the strengths in children and your team
- You will be able to build positive relationships with peers, families, and children
- You will have a strong understanding of the Children's Services Regulations, Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Programming and planning
- You will have passion and enthusiasm and will want to have fun
- Undertake duties as the Responsible Person when required
