Unskilled Landscaper

Sportscape Constructions is looking for enthusiastic labourers and unskilled landscapers to join our team.

**About the Role**:
Working closely with the management team, this role requires a proactive and dynamic individual with hands-on experience in a similar role or a willingness to learn. You will be a part of the team and the effort to complete projects in a timely and efficient manner. Your duties will include:

- Contribute to the company's innovation by finding new, effective construction techniques.
- Thoroughly check plant and equipment, accurately filing the appropriate logbook.
- Provide daily site diaries and submit staff time sheets.
- Landscaping work and concreting.
- Softscaping and hardscaping.
- General labouring

**What type of Person will be successful**:

- Minimum one year experience in landscaping or construction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to travel to multiple job sites across Victoria
- Construction Industry White Card.
- WWCC is mandatory.
- Current drivers licence.
- Safety training and certifications are advantageous
- Good negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Own vehicle and all tools is an advantage.
- Physical fitness, self-motivation and ability to function in a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
