**About the role**:
An exciting opportunity to join Box Hill Institute as one of our Casual Pharmacy/Hospital Health Services Teacher

In this role you will be providing high quality and innovative course materials and teaching delivery to workplace and trainee students. You will be supporting student success in Hospital and Health Services Pharmacy courses to aid in improving their employment pathways.

You will have the opportunity to share your knowledge and expertise within a learning environment that is safe and supportive whilst delivering planned sessions using various techniques that engage students and meet industry requirements.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone looking to step out of the Hospital/Health Services Pharmacy environment, and transfer your passion for the industry to our student cohort

**About You**:

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or qualification in Adult Education (essential)
- Certificate IV in Hospital/Health Services Pharmacy Support or relevant Hospital/Health Pharmacy qualification (essential)
- Demonstrated experience in a Pharmacy role within the Hospital/Health Services industry
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with students, staff and other relevant stakeholders
- Empathy and cultural awareness; being responsive to people from a diverse range of backgrounds and emotional contexts
- Ability to positively respond and adapt to change within a classroom/teaching environment
- Passion and ability to transfer knowledge and experience into a learning environment
