**About the role**
As the Site Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of all activities and events including, Accommodation and Transport services operating from the Rockhampton Lodge. This includes ensuring the accommodation facility is a comfortable, clean and safe environment for all clients, visitors, volunteers and employees.
This role is a Permanent Full-time position (37.5 hours per week).
**Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills**:
- Certificate III in Business (Administration) or equivalent
- Experience in a supervisory role in a lodge, motel or hotel environment with the ability to multitask and experience in handling confidential information
- Experience or desire to lead client activities within the site
- Advanced knowledge of administration and office procedures including basic accounting principles as well as reservation management
- Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Software platforms and room management/booking systems
- Relevant experience in volunteer management in the health or community sector
- Current First Aid/CPR Certification or willingness to obtain.
- High level communication skills, including the ability to engage clients from diverse backgrounds in a range of cancer-related issues and concerns
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families and volunteers
- Have a valid drivers' licence
- Be comfortable to be able to work alone
