**FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN VIC**

The opportunity now exists for a professional and driven Field Service Technician to join our team in VIC. As a Field Service Technician, you will be confident in working autonomously and unsupervised and will be required to work in house occasionally when needed. You will be mechanically minded and not afraid to get your hands dirty.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Carrying out onsite and inhouse service and repairs
- Diagnosing and fault finding
- Devise test procedures and supervise test activities
- Completion of all paperwork relating to the completion of jobs, including timesheets, service reports and other required information.
- Providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Physically and mentally fit for daily challenges and continual deadlines
- You must be adaptable and display a high level of integrity, honesty, reliability and confidentiality at all times

**To be successful you will have**:

- Relevant Australian trade qualification or equivalent experience
- Must possess a current forklift ticket and a manual driver licence
- Have mechanical aptitude
- Background in hydraulics and small engines
- Presentable and professional appearance
- Excellent time management skills
- Basic Computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Product knowledge in earthmoving attachments will be an advantage, as is an understanding of hydraulics and electrical circuits.
