INCA HOME SERVICES is a small growing company providing a range of home care services to help the elderly, young people, people with disabilities and people suffering with mental health to continue to live independently in their own homes. **About the role**

We are currently recruiting experienced and Qualified in complex behaviours and Mental Health staff to join our team for an immediate start. Location: North Shore, Sydney.

The client has requested for Mandarin speaking staff.

Duties involve:

- Assistance with household tasks which includes light house work
- Meal preparation
- Transporting clients to community access and appointments when needed
- Working with children and adults on 1:1 and team dynamics
- Participation in the shift roster 7x24 as required.

**Essential qualifications of the role**
- Certificate 3 or Certificate IV in Disability, Community Services, Mental Health, Youth Work or other relevant field
- Hold a current NSW WWCC, First Aid Certificate with CPR and National Police check with a minimum of 6 months validity.
- Current Drivers licence with own transport and Compulsory insurance
- NDIS work screening check
- Covid 19 vaccine certificate with first two dose, at minimum, completed.
- Demonstrated understanding of working with vulnerable people to live their best life
- Experience in working with people with disabilities, mental health and complex behaviours
- Completion of the NDIS Module
- Completion of Infection control module
- Flexibility to work on weekdays.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $34.61 - $41.53 per hour
