Two Circles is a global sports agency. We drive growth for sports properties by delivering deeper connections with fans, through the intelligent use of data and technology. We work with some of the world’s biggest sports organisations - including the AFL, NFL, Cricket Australia, Premier League, Formula 1, Wimbledon and UEFA - and have been named Sport Industry Agency of the Year on more than four occasions.
A team of over 500 Two Circlers work from six offices across the world (London, New York, Los Angeles, Paris, Bern and Melbourne) servicing our expanding international client base. Data is at the centre of our approach - helping clients to get a better understanding of their customers and deliver insights that influence top-level decision-making. From there, we develop digital products and integrate data and technology solutions that grow audiences and revenue across ticketing, participation, sponsorship and media.
**The Tech Team**
As part of our ongoing growth, we are expanding our technical team and looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Lead to join our Melbourne office and lead the quality activities for our clients whilst building the capability and practice within the wider Two Circles group.
The chosen person will play a lead role in ensuring that the digital properties and solutions delivered to our clients are always of the highest quality. You will also have the exciting opportunity to define, build, and shape the wider QA practice within Two Circles by way of influencing resourcing, tooling, processes and approach.
You will have a track record of authoring and executing high quality test plans and leading teams of test resources. Experience in implementing automated testing and performance testing is required.
This role will skew towards planning the testing of projects and features for clients, working closely with Senior BA and Technical Leads to define the appropriate test plans, then working with QA Analysts within a delivery team to ensure the testing is properly executed. You will also be confident in building performance and automation tooling to help our clients mature their QA capabilities in these areas.
If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.
**Requirements**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Define and implement QA processes and practices across the QA team.
- Design and execute robust end-to-end test scenarios as part of project delivery.
- Collaborate, identify, design and develop associated test cases.
- Record test results, raise defects and re-test fixes.
- Escalate risks and issues in a timely manner within existing risk frameworks.
- Troubleshoot and problem solving any issues arising in testing.
- Provide excellent and consistent support to team members, project clients and the organisation.
- Configuration and execution of automated and performance test solutions and cases.
- Design, document, and execute testing scripts to support the testing of software.
- Document test cases using your own in-depth technical analysis of both functional and non-functional specifications.
- Create test progress reports and keep the team updated on any progress and/or blockers.
**You'll have experience in**:
- Ability to provide technical advice and guidance to other capability development units on the integration of capabilities and end-to-end system performance, within the area of expertise.
- Experience with non-functional requirements such as accessibility, performance testing, multi-browser testing.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in information management or equivalent knowledge, skills, and experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of one or more testing methods.
- Comprehensive understanding of risk and the management of risks derived from testing activities.
- Comprehensive understanding and demonstrated experience with automate testing.
**Personal Attributes**:
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Must be able to collaborate effectively with other teams such as developers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure that the testing process is aligned with project goals and objectives.
- Strong leadership skills to manage a team of testers, set goals, and ensure that the team is working efficiently.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change.
- Open to change and responds to the need for continuous development and improvement.
