Ascot Childcare & Kindy is looking for Diploma and Certificate III qualified educators to join our amazing team. You will contribute to our play-based learning environment and support our team ethos - helping embed a special culture of respect, professionalism, community focus and fun into our Centre.

The Early Years Learning Framework will drive your reflective process, inspire your documentation and ensure that children's interests are recognised, understood and incorporated into your program.

We are looking for someone with the following:
Selection Criteria:

- Fulltime - 5 days a week or part time options available
- 60% staff discount on childcare fee's
- Previous experience is desirable but not essential.
- Your mature and pragmatic approach to achieving a respectful, child-centered environment is critical.
- Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Development or willing to work towards.
- Relationship building skills.
- A current Blue Card, First Aid and Asthma/Anaphylaxis Certificates or willing to obtain.
- Sound verbal and written communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of Early Childhood Education models, particularly the Early Years Learning Framework.
