Come and discover the opportunity to join our BlueScope Distribution business in our **permanent Team Member** roles at our Trade Coast site in **Eagle Farm**, with **no experience needed** BlueScope Distribution is a provider of single-source product, processing and service solutions in steel and aluminium. The business supports customers in a variety of industries and works with them to help deliver projects on time and to specification. BlueScope Distribution supports its customers by helping them find the freedom to do what they do best.

We have multiple roles available across both our day and afternoon shifts. Whether you are looking for job security, a new career path, or wanting to get back into the workforce, we would love to hear from you We will provide you with all on the job training to be successful in all aspects of our Team Member roles.

In this exciting opportunity, you will learn to operate forklifts and cranes, pick and pack orders safely and with ongoing training and support, learn to operate our processing machinery.

Working Monday-Friday on either day (06:00-14:00) or afternoon (14:00-22:00) shift, you will have access to various health and wellbeing initiatives including Employment Assistance Program, Employee Real Deals and ongoing learning, support and training. You will receive a competitive salary of $1067 per week, with the ability to progress to $1,112 per week within 3 months, plus a weekly laundry allowance of $14.36. Afternoon shift will include a 20% shift allowance. In addition to this, you will be eligible to participate in our lucrative Profit Share Plan (bonus), with the target amount being 5% of your base salary (approx. $2,700 per annum).

**What Will You Do?**

As a valued member of our Eagle Farm team, you will:

- support and promote a safe working environment
- be willing and able to learn to operate forklifts, cranes and processing machinery
- safely load and unload our products on and off trucks
- accurately pick and pack orders to prepare our customer deliveries
- have the opportunity to work overtime on an as needs basis
