**About the Role**
We are looking for a passionate **Diploma-qualified Room Leader** to join our **Team (Room**full-time. This role offers the opportunity to **lead and inspire** a team of educators, while providing exceptional education and care to our preschoolers.

As a **Room Leader**, you will work closely with educators and families to **create meaningful learning experiences** and ensure children are developing the skills they need for school and beyond.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and **mentor** a team of educators
- Develop and **implement engaging play-based programs** aligned with the **EYLF and NQF**.
- Ensure **meaningful interactions** that support children’s **confidence, independence, and social-emotional development**.
- Create a **safe, nurturing, and inspiring learning environment**.
- Collaborate with families to **support each child’s individual needs**.
- Maintain **accurate documentation** of children’s learning and progress.
- Ensure compliance with **National Regulations, NQF, and ToBeMe’s policies**.

**What You’ll Need**:

- **Diploma in Early Childhood Education** (ACECQA-approved).
- **Minimum two years of experience** working in early childhood education.
- A passion for **early learning and child development**.
- A **strong understanding of EYLF, NQF, and child safety regulations**.
- Ability to **plan and document children’s learning** effectively.
- **Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)**.
- **Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills**.

Pay: $63,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
