**About the Role**

We are seeking a **caring and experienced Female Support Worker** to provide daily assistance with **autism and ADHD**. The role involves supporting with daily routines, promoting independence, and engaging in activities that encourage positive development and well-being.

Thisposition is ideal for someone who is compassionate, patient, and has a strong understanding of working with children with additional needs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide one-on-one support to a participant with autism and ADHD.
- Assist with daily routines and structured activities.
- Encourage social, emotional, and behavioural development.
- Maintain a safe, positive, and nurturing environment.
- Communicate effectively with family members and follow support plans.

**Hours & Availability**
- **Days**: Monday to Friday
- **Hours**: 3 hours per day (specific times to be discussed)

**Essential Requirements**
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Valid First Aid & CPR Certification
- Full Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
- Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in Disability Support or related field
