Live in Motel Manger

We are looking for an experienced couple or single person to manage an established 47 room Motel in Strathfield NSW 2135.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN HOSPITALITY IS ESSENTIAL.

**ESSENTIAL CRITERIA**
- Able to live onsite and take all calls when on Duty including weekends and after hours.
- A passion for customer service - meeting guests.
- Know the value of excellent customer service to the business.
- Go the extra mile for our customers.
- Great communication skills: verbal and written.
- Knows that hospitality can be 24/7 and therefore happy/willing to assist guests afterhours if required.
- Able to lead a team of up to 10 members.
- Time management skills is a must.
- Possessing the skills required to be able to undertake emergency maintenance is also preferred.
