**About the Role**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide classroom support to students with diverse learning needs.
- Work with classroom teachers to support the development of differentiated learning activities and assessments.
- Implement strategies and provide feedback to the Inclusive Education Coordinator and classroom teachers.
- Monitor student progress and adjust support strategies as necessary.
- Develop positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
- Attend and participate in relevant professional development to maintain up-to-date knowledge and understanding of learning support practices.

**Requirements**:
**Essential Criteria**
- Certificate III or higher in Education Support or similar.
- Experience working with students who have additional learning needs.
- A passion for inspiring students to learn.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity.
- Flexibility and an ability to work collaboratively.
- Ability to work with a variety of IT software platforms.
- A commitment to the mission, vision, and core values of the College.
- Working with Children Check.

**Base Salary Range**:$56,095.75 - $70,973.76
**Adjusted Salary Range**:$47,762.03 - $60,429.74
**Weeks of Paid Leave**:11
**Hours of Work**: 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
**Contract Start Date**:14/10/2024
**Contract End Date**: 13/12/2024
